Community Organizer and Trainer: Maternal Child Health
Provide and coordinate community education programs and related services for YWCA Kalamazoo’s Maternal Child Health strategic direction centered around Racial and Gender Equity. Facilitate meetings and trainings for CRADLE partners and Maternal Child Health stakeholders. In addition, develop relationships with community leaders and serve as the organization’s liaison with various constituents. Organize special events and projects that align with YWCA mission work, and facilitate both community impact areas and initiatives and YWCA internal trainings, primarily around racial equity in the organization.

Compensation Range: $42,000/annually, Support Staff Salary Scale
